Audrey L. Alspach

Audrey L. Alspach, 89, of Upper Sandusky, died Monday, January 4, 2016 at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Upper Sandusky.

She was born on September 21, 1926 in Carey, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Maude (Lupton) Donelson.

She married Hugh L. "Luke" Alspach on December 1, 1945 in Greenup, Kentucky. He preceded her in death on January 27, 1997.

Surviving are three sons, Roger (Martha) Alspach, Upper Sandusky, Randy (Nancy) Alspach, Upper Sandusky, Scott (Debbie) Alspach, Tiffin, four daughters, Carol Alspach, Upper Sandusky, Bonnie Blanton, Sycamore, Kathy (Dale) Huffman, Tiffin and Shirley Johns, Upper Sandusky, 20 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, two step grandchildren and twelve step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Steve Alspach , an infant daughter, Charlotte Alspach, a sister, Lucille Wilson, a brother, Robert C. Donelson and a granddaughter, Jenny.

Audrey retired in 1989 from the former Millington Plastics in Upper Sandusky.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Carey.

Audrey enjoyed playing bingo, going out for dinner and traveling.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at LUCAS-BATTON FUNERAL HOME, Upper Sandusky.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.
