Terry Johnson Obituary

Terry L. Johnson, age 55, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:15am in his home in Upper Sandusky.

 

Terry was born on September 15, 1963 in Crestline, Ohio to Marshall and Ruth (Snavely) Johnson.  Both are deceased along with his step-father, Wayne Holland.

 

He is survived by his wife Jodi (Richardson) Johnson, his 3 daughters: Kendyll Johnson of Millersburg, Ohio, Gabryelle Johnson of Upper Sandusky, and Payton (Jason) McGlone of Upper Sandusky, and two step-daughters, Lindsay Snyder of Redding, CA, and Johonna (John) Rowe of McKinney, TX.

 

Terry is also survived by his granddaughter, Eleanor McGlone, two step- granddaughters, Madilyn and Morgan Rowe, and his longtime friend, Doug Slayton of Bucyrus.

 

He was a 1981 graduate of Bucyrus High School.

 

He had worked for the former Dana/Continental Hose in Upper Sandusky for 28 years and was currently employed with CSP in Carey.

 

Terry enjoyed frisbee golf and going for walks, but mostly he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Eleanor.

 

Funeral services for Terry L. Johnson will be private with Pastor Betsy Bowen officiating.  Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot Memorial Oncology Department, Bridge Hospices or a charity of the donor’s choice and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
