I met Bob in the seventh grade in Upper and we became friends. I visited his home often and remember his mom and aunts. Bob was a very good person. I can't believe he has left this earthly world. Condolences to Bob's wife, Barb and family..

I first met Bob in 1969 when I became the Kroger store manager in Upper Sandusky and Bob was a meat cutter. While I only worked with Bob for a year I would occasionally see him years later as I visited stores as a Kroger VP. In recent years I was able to enjoy a monthly breakfast with Bob and others who had retired from Kroger. This is where I really got to know Bob.First and foremost he was a true gentleman ! A tremendously multi-talented person who took great pride in everything he did.I often ponder life and the many people I have known. Bob has a special place in my memories. My sincere sympathy to the family.
