Georgeann and family,
We were shocked to learn of Jim's passing. Though we haven't seen him in many years, we recall those times when he'd be at our house with Marsha and Roger during their high school years. He was a great man and one whom we all respected. May he rest in peace and may God bless all of you at this time or sorrow.

It was sad to hear that a friend from my teaching years at USHS has past away. I always enjoyed his company and our fun competitive times during the faculty pickup games on the basketball court. My condolences to Jan and the rest of the family. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Jim. I was born in Rosefarm and lived there until I was 10 and was friends with him. My parents were friends with his parents and grand parents. It brings back so many good memories. My mother was a Willison from near McLuney. I see that Jim's wife had been a Willison. Would someone please e-mail me at sdmcelfresh@windstream.net or send me a note to 6396 Jacksontown Rd. S. E., Newark, Ohio 43056. I would appreciate it. Thank you Sharon Walsh McElfresh

Jim Morrison hired me as a baseball and softball official for many years in his capacity as the USHS athletic director. I was always treated with kindness and respect and enjoyed and looked forward to my assignments at Upper. I also knew him later when he worked at Hickory Grove and enjoyed his company there. All of us that knew him at school and the golf course will miss him greatly. A truly thoughtful and endearing individual. Goodbye Jim.

Mr. Morrison was my driving instructor back in 1973 at USHS. One of his assets while at Upper High was his sincere caring of his athletes and students. He was at the top of my list of faculty members while at USHS. My prayers for the Morrison family as you go through this difficult time.
