Yvonne M. Soule

Yvonne M. Soule, age 79, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 11:35am at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Upper Sandusky.

Yvonne was born on July 12, 1936 in Carey, Ohio, to Homer M. and Sylvia N. (Wright) Bleam.  She married Richard C. “Dick” Soule on January 23, 1972 in Upper Sandusky, and he passed away on February 13, 2012.

She is survived by a step son, R. Jerry (Stephy) Soule of Forest, a step daughter Jean Ellen Grove of Jacksonville, Florida, three step granddaughters, Dawn (Mark) McQuown, Jodi (Walt) Stuermer, Andrea Fairchild, and 5 step great grandchildren. 

Yvonne is also survived by a son in law, Danny Mitchell of Upper Sandusky, and a nephew Brent (Rachael) Bleam of Carey.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Mitchell, two sisters, Linda Sue Bleam and Judy Marine.

Yvonne worked for many years for the former Westinghouse-AO Smith in Upper Sandusky.

She was former member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges, both located in Upper Sandusky.

For hobbies Yvonne enjoyed playing bingo, doing word search puzzles, cooking and baking, reading, and taking care of animals.  She also was an avid OSU fan and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Graveside services for Yvonne M. Soule will be held at 11:00am Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Chandler Cemetery with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating.
