Roger E. Larrabee

Roger E. Larrabee, age 72, of Forest, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 4:15pm at the Bridge Findlay Hospice Care Center, Findlay, Ohio.

Roger was born on November 6, 1944 in Dunn County, Wisconsin to Merle and Mabel (Vasey) Larrabee.  He married Eva Jean Work on October 19, 1963 and she passed away on October 15, 2011.

He is survived by a son Todd Larrabee of Forest, and 2 daughters, Beth (Mark) Fleming of Upper Sandusky, and Regina (John) Glaze of Columbus.  6 grandchildren: Kendra (Mike) Noyes, Cody (Brooklynne) Fleming, Jeff (Bonnie) Glaze, Jeremy, Jacob and Justin Glaze, along with 3 great grandchildren: Kaleb and Makayla Noyes, and Charleigh Fleming.

Roger is also survived by 2 brothers, Roy (Alice) Larrabee and Melvin Larrabee, both of Menomonie, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother Ronnie Larrabee.

Roger was a CNC Master Machinist and Programer having last worked for Ithaca Gun in Upper Sandusky.  He had worked for United Aircraft/Parker, Mar-Metal Manufacturing, and Buckeye Machine.

He was an active member of the Upper Sandusky Church of the Nazarene, as a Sunday School teacher and board member. 

Roger was also a veteran having served our country in the U.S. Airforce.

For hobbies, Roger enjoyed bowling in various leagues in Upper Sandusky and Kenton, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Funeral services for Roger E. Larrabee will be held at 11:00am Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with Pastor Jed Brake officiating. 

Visitations will be held on Friday, November 25, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.
