Pamela Sue Bosley

Pamela S. Bosley, age 61, of Dunkirk, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 7:00pm at her home in Dunkirk.

She was born on August 3, 1954 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to William and Viola (Holmes) Newman, both of whom are deceased.  Pam married Thomas A. Bosley on October 3, 1970, at the Rock Run Church in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

She is survived by a son, Joshua (Melissa) Bosley of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and a daughter, Holly (Kent) Robinson of Zebulon, North Carolina.  6 grandchildren, Ashley and Joshua Bosley, Stormey and Raini Robinson, Aerial Handshoe, and Dylan Bosley, along with 2 great grandchildren, Wiley Robinson and Braelyanna Lyon.

Pamela is also survived by 3 brothers, Jim (Holly) Newman of Vero Beach, Florida, John (Jane) Newman of Galion, Ohio, and Harold (Cindy) Newman of Harpster, Ohio. And 4 sisters, Hazel (Raymond) Morrow of Bucyrus, Edie (Carl) Tenyck of Bradenton, Florida, Dottie Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Patti Mays of Upper Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Miranda Bosley, brother Norman T. “Tom” Newman, and 3 sisters, Sadie Kirby, Loretta Fiegel, and Ann Michener.

Pam was a homemaker, and for hobbies she enjoyed growing plants, spending time with her dog Pierre.  Most of all, Pam loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services for Pamela S. Bosley will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, June 18, 2016, at the home of her son, Joshua Bosley, 23741 Schooler Rd., Wapakoneta, Ohio, 45895. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio  43351.
