Heath A. Bulkowski

Heath A. Bulkowski, age 26, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in Upper Sandusky.

Heath was born on February 19, 1990 in Findlay, Ohio, and was raised by Gregory A. Sr. and Tracy A. (Bulkowski) Jolliff, who survive in Forest, Ohio.  He married Vegas Sparks on May 26, 2016 and she survives.

He is survived by a son Dawson G. Bulkowski, and two step children, Eli A. Reustle, and Abralyn R. Reustle, who all survive in Upper Sandusky.

Heath is also survived by five brothers, Brett M. Sheets of Forest, Chad E. Banks of Tiffin, Gregory A. Jolliff Jr. of Forest, Joshua C. Jollifff of Forest, and Jeremy J. Jolliff of Forest, along with many nieces and nephews.

Heath was a 2008 graduate of Riverdale High School and was employed by Fairborn USA in Upper Sandusky.

For hobbies he enjoyed fishing and listening to music.  He will be remembered for as a loving son, devoted husband and a proud father.

Services for Heath will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 7:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Steve Sturgeon officiating.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heath Bulkowski Memorial Fund and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351, along with a Go Fund Me Burial Fund page for Heath.  Family will also be holding a benefit dinner on Saturday, July 16, at 5:00pm at the home of Kelly Melroy, 1515 Co. Rd. 26, Forest.
